I completed my Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts, and Doctoral Degrees in Clinical Psychology at York University in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I am a registered member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario with competencies in the areas of Clinical and Rehabilitation Psychology. I am also a member of the Ontario Psychological Association (OPA). I have several years of experience providing individual psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches. More specifically, I have extensive experience providing Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for the treatment of Mood and Anxiety Disorders and have a special interest in the assessment and treatment of Chronic Insomnia. Over the course of my career, I have trained, practiced, and held research positions at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), the Hospital for Sick Children, North York General Hospital, and the Toronto General Hospital/University Health Network (UHN). In addition to private practice, I am also working at Cleveland Clinic Canada as a provider of psychological assessment and treatment services in the Executive Health Program.
